We are a privately owned, highly digital and GROWING General Dental practice in Allison Park, PA seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team. Candidate will assist practitioner chair-side supporting them in clinical care of the patient while delivering a professional and friendly experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, interpersonal and chair-side assisting skills. We are looking for an assistant who is well-spoken and quick on their feet, who can work well under pressure and with team members. The right candidate will have a commitment to patient care and a passion for providing an exceptional experience for patients. Other responsibilities will include managing patients' dental records, tracking lab cases, supply inventory and scheduling routine appointments for patients. Our office utilizes fully digital radiographs with Nomad, intraoral scanner, same-day crown and bridge and CBCT. We offer general restorative, crown/bridge, in-office milling, implant placement and restorations, clear aligner therapy, perio, endo and extractions. Our hygiene department utilizes Guided Biofilm Therapy to provide the highest quality care possible.

Hours of operation are:

Monday 7:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday 9:00am-4:30pm, Wednesday 7:00am-4:30pm, Thursday 7:00am-2pm. We arrive 30 minutes before the first patient every day.

Responsibilities:

Provide chair-side assistance for provider during dental procedures. Chart and take x-rays. Review dental records with patients, providing instruction and postoperative procedures and instructions. Assist both doctor and hygiene teams. Curve cloud-based practice management software. Organize and maintain lab cases. Prepare and equip operatory and equipment prior to each patient. Ensure all sterilization and OSHA policies and procedures are followed. 2+ years experience.

Basic Qualification:

X-ray Certification (DANB).
