Manager:
We're a successful, growing orthodontic practice looking for an experienced orthodontic assistant ready to step into a clinical leadership role. This is not a typical high-volume orthodontic practice.Our philosophy is simple:

For the right candidate who can confidently perform the full scope of orthodontic clinical duties, we offer an excellent hourly rate well above the typical $20-$24.50/hour orthodontic assistant range.Starting compensation:
$25-$30/hourPlus:
Huge production bonuses $1,000 sign-on bonus Annual hourly-rate bonuses Opportunity to grow to up to $35/hour as the practice grows and you take on additional responsibilities, potentially including Treatment Coordinator (TC) responsibilities Full-time benefits, including life insurance and catastrophic/disability coverage PTO Holiday pay Part-time opportunities are also available The bottom line: Excellent compensation requires excellence in clinical ability, leadership, and work ethic.The Role:
Experience is a must. We're looking for someone who can ultimately lead and manage the clinical side of the practice as we build and expand our support team. Our primary focus is Invisalign, although we also treat bracket cases. You should be comfortable with the full range of orthodontic clinical duties, including: Direct and indirect bonding Wire changes and adjustments Invisalign clinical procedures Comprehensive orthodontic assisting Patient education and communication Maintaining a smooth, organized clinical workflow Taking on increasing leadership and management responsibilities as the practice growsImportant:
Until the experienced support team is fully in place, this position will include full clinical duties. We're looking for a true leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help build something great.Our Clinical Philosophy:
The average orthodontic assistant sees 20-40 patients per day. We're different. We typically see 6-10 patients per day, with approximately 45 minutes dedicated to each patient rather than the typical 15-minute appointment. That allows us to focus on: Quality clinical care Building genuine patient relationships Patient education and confidence Attention to detail A calm, stress-free environment A better experience for both patients and our teamSchedule:
