Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA)

We're a private, modern dental practice in Lansdale, PA (19446) with a wonderful patient population and a friendly, supportive team. Our dentists and staff are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care, and we're looking for an EFDA who wants to grow with us.
Location:
Lansdale, PA 19446 Competitive Pay $30-$36 per hour , negotiable based on experience and full-time/part-time status. Schedule 2 days per week 8-hour shifts Full-time position anticipated within 3-6 months Additional hours may be available for candidates interested in a semi-full-time schedule Why Join Our Team? Professional growth and advancement opportunities No evenings or weekends Friendly, collaborative team Negotiable benefits for EFDAs working a semi-full-time schedule Opportunity to transition into a full-time role within 3-6 months Responsibilities Perform EFDA procedures, including restorative functions Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and treatment rooms Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Assist hygienists during hygiene appointments as needed Help provide a positive, comfortable, and efficient patient experience Qualifications Active Pennsylvania EFDA certification required Current radiology certification Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and commitment to quality patient care New graduates are encouraged to apply!
