Job Description
Our dental office in the Fairmount/Art Museum area of Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated and organized dental assistant with front desk experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records as well as assisting with dental procedures. We have assisting/front desk coverage at present, but need additional support that is cross-trained. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and familiarity with medical scheduling and coding, particularly in the dental field. We are looking for an assistant/front desk to work 3-4 days/week. Our office hours are Monday to Wednesday 9am-6pm with a 1 hour lunch break and one Saturday a month from 9am-2pm with no lunch.
