Job Description

Dental Assistant - Philadelphia We're launching Wally in Philadelphia, and we're looking for an x-ray certified dental assistant who wants to do more than pass instruments. Here's the reality: This isn't a traditional assisting role. You won't be chairside with the doctor. You'll lead the diagnostics process, support hygiene care, manage patient flow, and help drive the daily clinical operations of your studio. You'll take X-rays, run 3D scans, manage charting, and be the person who keeps the clinical engine running. At Wally, dental assistants are essential to how care gets delivered, not an afterthought. And you won't do it alone. You'll work side-by-side with hygienists and dentists in a prevention-first model that values your contributions and gives you real room to grow. Modern tools make your job easier and more impactful. Handheld X-rays, AI imaging, cloud-based workflows, and 3D scanning that you'll actually get trained on and use every day. As part of the founding team at our Philadelphia studio, you'll help shape how the location runs from day one.
