Since its founding in 2015, the practice has grown steadily, earning a reputation for exceptional patient care and community trust. Overview Our caring, private office team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our dynamic team. We have 3 Hygienists on staff who need a Hygiene DA to help them with daily procedures and cleanings. We have normal dental assistants and EFDAs on staff. We are looking for a DA specifically for our Hygiene Department. Pay will be based on experience in the field: Beginner DA/No experience to 1 year: $16
•$18/hour Experienced DA 3-5 years experience: $21
•$23/hour
EFDA Certified DA:
$25

We have over 10,000 existing patients (grew from 0 in 2016 to 10k in 2026) Multi-Specialty Practice with an Orthodontist on Staff/Full Ortho Department & Comprehensive Dental Implant and Cosmetic Surgeries are Performed Daily Not affiliated with a DSO Only accepts major PPOs & Fee for Service (No HMOs /No Medicaid) New beautiful state of the art 7,000 SQ office with 12 equipped operatories and future plans for 6 open bay chairs in our own pediatric department Nitrous hard wired in Dental Lab on site The goal is to grow a Pediatric Department/Dentist by leveraging our already large 10k patient base and the success of our Orthodontic division, existing patient database and request for Pediatrics in the area We have been extremely successful with focusing on developing long term relationships with our doctors, staff, and patients Duties Prepare HYGIENE treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments following infection prevention management and aseptic techniques. Assist hygienists during routine cleanings. Take and develop dental x-rays, including digital imaging and 3D scans, ensuring proper positioning and patient comfort while adhering to dental sterilization procedures. Manage patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) system in Eaglesoft Monitor vital signs and assist in patient management to ensure safety and comfort throughout treatment. Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions, demonstrating excellent patient care skills. Support the dental reception team by managing appointment scheduling, patient management software, and medical documentation. Requirements Prior experience working in a dental office is preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to dentistry. X-Ray License is required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Certification or training in dental assisting or related fields is highly desirable.
