We're looking for someone who is efficient and pleasant for patients. You'll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist's shoulders. Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible. We are looking to fill this position full-time. Our working days are Monday

Come work with us! :) Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort Prepare treatment rooms with dental instruments, supplies, and sterilized equipment following strict infection prevention management and aseptic techniques Take high-quality dental x-rays and 3D scans using advanced imaging technology while adhering to all safety protocols and radiation safety standards Manage patient records using electronic medical records Documentation of medical history, treatment plans, and billing information Perform vital signs assessments and document medical documentation accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies Support patient care by providing pre
- and post-treatment instructions, answering questions about procedures, and maintaining a compassionate approach to pediatric dentistry when applicable Maintain dental equipment through proper cleaning, sterilization procedures, and instrument processing to uphold infection control standards across the office Skills Proficiency with dental software including Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar patient management systems Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures across general dentistry disciplines Experience with dental x-ray techniques, including intraoral and extraoral imaging as well as 3D scanner operation Familiarity with infection prevention management, aseptic techniques, dental sterilization procedures, and healthcare infection control expertise Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently during various procedures such as oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatrics Excellent understanding of medical terminology for accurate documentation and communication within healthcare teams Skilled in dental instrument processing, sterilization protocols, and maintaining clinical confidentiality policies Knowledge of dental equipment operation including dental drills, curing lights, ultrasonic scalers, and other clinical tools DANB certification Any additional knowledge of dental insurance is a plus This Company Describes Its Culture as: Detail-oriented•quality and precision-focused People-oriented•supportive and fairness-focused Team-oriented•cooperative and collaborative This Job Is Ideal for
