We have an established team and are adding another assistant to help us provide outstanding care while continuing to grow. This position supports both our dentists and dental hygienists. Previous dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train an exceptional candidate who is eager to learn and committed to excellent patient care.
The ideal candidate will have:
Dental assisting experience Current radiography certification Nitrous oxide monitoring certification A basic understanding of dental terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A warm, positive, and outgoing personality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help patients Primary responsibilities include: Providing chairside assistance during routine and emergency procedures Assisting hygienists as needed Taking diagnostic-quality dental radiographs Taking impressions and completing other clinical records Preparing and turning over treatment rooms Educating patients about treatment and home care Maintaining instruments, equipment, and clinical supplies Accurately documenting patient care Following all OSHA, infection-control, and workplace-safety requirements Helping the clinical team maintain an efficient and positive schedule We offer: Highly competitive compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) retirement benefits Healthcare Flexible Spending Account benefits A supportive, team-oriented working environment Training and opportunities for professional growth If you are enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to contribute to a practice that values both its patients and its team, we would love to hear from you.
