This role is primarily focused on back office / clinical assisting. Our ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys providing excellent patient care, is dependable, maintains a positive attitude, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Spanish Speaking is a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and treatment rooms
• Take digital radiographs and impressions as needed
• Provide patients with post-operative instructions and education
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Support front office tasks as needed, including scheduling, answering phones, and verifying insurance
• Help ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly

Qualifications:

• Prior dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray certification (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with dental software systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
