Experienced Dental Assistant Carepoint Endodontics - Spartanburg, SC Carepoint Endodontics is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with strong leadership capabilities to join our growing specialty practice. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is confident clinically, takes initiative, communicates well, and can help lead, train, and support our clinical team while providing an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Assist with root canal treatment, endodontic surgery, and specialty procedures Take digital radiographs and assist with CBCT imaging Maintain excellent sterilization and infection-control standards Keep clinical workflow organized and efficient Help manage clinical supplies and inventory Train and onboard new dental assistants Mentor and support existing clinical team members Help maintain consistent clinical protocols and high standards Identify opportunities to improve clinical efficiency and patient care
