Our highly-rated private pediatric dental practice is looking for a full-time dental assistant to join our team! Pay is negotiable and greater relevant experience translates into higher pay. We are seeking an assistant with great communication skills who loves working with children. We stay up-to-date on the newest technology and provide a clean and enjoyable environment for our team and patients. We are looking for a dental assistant who ideally wants a career in pediatric dentistry and is looking for long-term stability. Our pediatric dentists invest a lot of time and energy into our team and patients, so this position requires one to be a supportive team player. Hours are 7:45 am- 5pm, Monday - Thursdays with occasional Fridays doing operating room cases off-site. Dental assistants must be able to start work as early as 6 AM on Fridays when you are scheduled to assist with operating room cases at Prisma Health Tuomey. Additionally, you must be able to start work as early as 6 AM 1 - 2 days per month when we schedule IV sedation cases. You can expect about 34 hours per week or more.
