We are an endodontic specialty practice, but we don't want the experience of coming to our office to feel like a typical dental appointment. Our patients are often nervous, uncomfortable, and unsure of what to expect. Many of them have been in pain for days before we ever see them. We believe the experience starts with listening. We take the time to explain what's happening, anticipate what patients need, keep them comfortable, and never make them feel rushed. We are looking for someone who believes in doing things the same way.

THE SCHEDULE

Monday through Thursday, 8-9 hours per day. No Fridays. No nights, no weekends, no call.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Clinical excellence and patient comfort matter equally to us. You may already have dental assisting experience, or you may come from another healthcare, surgical, or hands-on care environment where precision and taking exceptional care of people matter. Endodontic or dental assisting experience is desired, but no certification is required to apply — if you need radiography training, we will pay for it. You may be a great fit if you: Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally, especially with patients who are anxious or in pain Have steady hands and a careful, deliberate approach to clinical work Anticipate what's needed next instead of waiting to be asked Take sterilization, infection control, and documentation seriously every single time Can adapt when the day changes, including emergency patients, without letting things get chaotic Ask questions when you don't know rather than guessing Enjoy being part of a small team where people depend on one another

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist chairside during endodontic procedures, including microscope-assisted treatment Prepare and turn over operatories, set up trays, and keep instrumentation ready and organized Take digital radiographs and 3D imaging as directed Seat patients, review health histories, and help them understand what to expect Monitor patient comfort throughout treatment and speak up when something needs attention Handle sterilization, instrument processing, and inventory with consistency Support post-operative instructions and follow-up so patients leave feeling cared for Work closely with our front office team to keep the day running smoothly
