Dental Assistant -Oral Surgery River Ridge Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Center River Ridge Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Center is seeking a motivated and dependable Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a team-oriented professional. We are a fast-paced clinic who takes pride in our excellent clinical care and creating a positive patient experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Assist oral surgeons during oral and facial procedures Prepare patients for treatment and review medical histories Monitor and recover patients following IV sedation Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and surgical instruments Take CBCT and Panorex images Ensure proper sterilization and infection control standards Qualifications CPR Certification High School Diploma Dental Assisting Degree Oral surgery or dental assisting experience preferred Ideal Candidate Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable Familiarity with dental software is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience) Paid holidays Generous paid time off: 160 hours of PTO in your first year Comprehensive medical and dental coverage (employer-paid) 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after one year of employment Why River Ridge?
