Responsibilities:

Training is available Deliver exceptional patient care by creating a welcoming, comfortable environment and addressing patient concerns with compassion and professionalism. Assist the dentist during treatment procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort. Prepare treatment rooms, patients, and equipment to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Sterilize and maintain instruments, strictly adhering to infection control protocols. Take dental X-rays with precision, ensuring patient comfort throughout the process. Provide patients with clear post-treatment care instructions and guidance to promote optimal recovery and oral health. Manage patient flow and scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations. Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care, improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Completion of a Dental Assistant program preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering top-quality patient care. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuing education and professional development. Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required.
