We are a busy, patient-focused dental office with a team that works closely together to provide excellent care while keeping the day running smoothly. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys connecting with patients, and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. What we're looking for: Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant status Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients Organized and able to stay on top of a busy clinical schedule Strong team mentality and willingness to help coworkers Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent patient care Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs and keep treatment moving efficiently Dental assisting experience preferred Responsibilities may include: Chairside assisting during restorative and other dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms and patients for procedures Taking digital X-rays and other diagnostic records as permitted Sterilization and infection-control procedures Maintaining and stocking treatment rooms Documenting clinical information accurately Educating patients and reviewing post-operative instructions Helping maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the day Supporting the doctors and clinical team wherever needed What we offer: Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience No weekends Established private dental practice Supportive, team-focused work environment We care just as much about finding the right personality and work ethic as we do about experience.
