Registered Dental Assistant - Full Time | Hendersonville, TN Howard Dentistry is seeking a dependable, upbeat, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join our established practice conveniently located in Hendersonville, just off Indian Lake. About Us Our office has proudly served the Hendersonville community for over 18 years. We have two dedicated doctors supported by an experienced and efficient team. Our staff includes four dental assistants, two of whom have been with us for over 15 years, along with a strong clinical and administrative support team. We operate with four doctor operatories and four hygiene rooms, allowing for a smooth and well-organized workflow. Schedule & Benefits Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Fridays and weekends off 1-hour lunch break daily Paid holidays Paid vacation after 1 year of full-time employment Responsibilities Chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures Taking impressions and assisting with light lab duties Sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Supporting a clean, professional, and patient-focused environment Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License Current certifications in Radiology, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, and CPR Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience required Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive team-oriented attitude
