This is a great opportunity for an RDA who enjoys staying busy, working with a collaborative team, and creating a great experience for patients. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside and float between two doctors , giving you exposure to different workflows, procedures, and plenty of opportunities to continue growing your clinical skills. What You'll Do As an RDA, you'll play an important role in keeping our clinical day running smoothly and helping our doctors provide efficient, high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing chairside assistance to our doctors during a variety of dental procedures Preparing operatories and patients for treatment Taking dental radiographs and completing delegated duties within Tennessee regulations Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit Maintaining accurate patient charts and clinical records Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection-control and safety standards Keeping operatories stocked and organized Monitoring clinical supplies and assisting with inventory Supporting both doctors and the clinical team wherever needed to keep the day moving efficiently Assisting with additional clinical or administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable, hardworking, and brings a positive attitude to work Provides excellent patient care and customer service Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Is comfortable transitioning between two doctors and adapting to different clinical needs Communicates clearly and professionally with patients and teammates Is organized and able to prioritize throughout the day Takes initiative and can work independently when needed Is comfortable with computers and electronic patient management systems Understands the importance of HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and overall patient safety Qualifications High school diploma or GED Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant license Current CPR/BLS certification Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred Experience with Dentrix Ascend a plus 2+ Years RDA experience preferred Why Join Us?
