We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing specialty practice. We have locations in Bellevue and Nolensville, TN . Position Options Full-Time RDA - Bellevue & Nolensville Full-time position Must be willing and able to travel between our Bellevue and Nolensville locations as needed Assist the doctor with endodontic procedures and patient care Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take and process dental radiographs and assist with imaging Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment Review and document patient information accurately Provide excellent patient care and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit Assist with clinical and administrative duties as needed Part-Time RDA - Nolensville Part-time position based exclusively at our Nolensville location Assist with patient care, procedures, sterilization, imaging, and daily clinical duties Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification/license Dental assisting experience preferred Endodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty dental environment Must provide compassionate and professional patient care What We Offer Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to work alongside experienced endodontic providers Training and opportunities to learn specialty dental procedures Full-time and part-time scheduling options depending on availability and location Flexible schedule 401(k) Retirement Plan PTO days No weekends Paid holidays Opportunity for growth and advancement If you are a dedicated RDA looking to join a professional and patient-centered endodontic practice, we would love to hear from you!
