The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a caring, upbeat environment and is excited about meaningful career development. Our Dental Assistants play a key role in creating a comfortable, positive experience for every child and family we serve.
Daily responsibilities include:
Providing gentle, thorough patient care Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members Supporting clinic operations such as scheduling, intake paperwork, updating records, and sterilization Assisting providers and teammates to ensure a smooth, efficient clinical flow Representing our high standards of service through professionalism and empathy Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Friday schedules vary according to patient schedule)
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Active RDA license Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in Pediatrics is beneficial Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and families Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Adaptability, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused mindset Why Full Smile?
