We're looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our amazing team, someone who brings energy and optimism to our patients and our practice. About Our Practice Private practice with the owner doctor fully present and hands-on Family dentistry, focused on quality care for patients of all ages A modern, comfortable environment built around patient trust and comfort What We're Looking For Current registration as an RDA with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (required) Well-organized with great attention to detail Able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations Comfortable providing both direct and indirect patient care Skilled at helping clinical procedures run smoothly and efficiently Spanish speaking not required, but considered a strong plus Responsibilities Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort throughout Select and set up the instruments, equipment, and materials needed for each procedure Sterilize instruments according to regulations Position and expose dental x-rays as needed Assist the dentist through four-handed dentistry Keep the dental room clean, organized, and well-stocked Schedule appointments as needed Maintain accurate and complete patient records Skills Proven experience as a Registered Dental Assistant Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health and safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Ready to Join Us? Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 32.0 per week
