What You'll Do Assist the doctor using four-handed dentistry Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment Follow proper sterilization and infection-control procedures Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked operatories Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate patient information and clinical records Support the clinical and front-office teams as needed to create a seamless patient experience What We're Looking For Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required Dental assisting experience Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization procedures Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Friendly and confident communicating with patients Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow Comfortable with computers and dental technology Why Join Dowlen Oaks Dental?
