Our pediatric dental practice in Burleson, TX is seeking a Full-Time RDA to join our fun, supportive, and patient-centered team! If you're passionate about creating healthy smiles and want to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment

What You'll Do:
Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments, treatment rooms, and equipment Take and process dental X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a smooth flow of appointments Help educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices Provide compassionate, kid-friendly chairside care
What We're Looking For:
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and X-ray certification required Previous experience in a pediatric office preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 AM

Education/Credentials:
A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is . Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.
Job related experience:
Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired. Pediatric experience, preferred Job-related skills/competencies: Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
Working conditions:
Travel between the assigned offices, if needed Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events and morning huddles
