The Lead Pediatric RDA will support the doctor, coordinate the clinical team, manage daily clinical operations, and help ensure that the office runs efficiently while providing a positive and compassionate experience for pediatric patients and their families. Schedule
  • Monday through Thursday
  • Two Fridays per month
  • Flexibility with the office schedule is required Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient flow and help maintain an efficient schedule
  • Work closely with the doctor during procedures and patient care
  • Support, coordinate, and provide leadership to the dental assisting team
  • Take ownership of lead assistant responsibilities and daily clinical needs
  • Order dental and office supplies
  • Ensure supplies are properly stocked and readily available
  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared clinical environment
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to children and their families
  • Take initiative and help address office needs as they arise
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and efficient workplace Qualifications and Preferred Experience
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
  • Experience working in a Pediatirc dental office is a must
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Dependable, flexible, and willing to take ownership of the role
  • Ability to work effectively with doctors, dental assistants, and office staff
  • Comfortable working with children and their families
  • Coronal polishing and nitrous monitoring certification is required
  • Willingness to gain additional experience and confidence in pediatric dental care
Job Type:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
