Job Description

Autumn Heights Dental is looking for Experienced RDA with good communication skill for our fast growing dental office. Opportunity to work in dental office with work life balance and also opportunity to grow professionally. The Candidate should have minimum of 3 year of experience as RDA in general dentistry office. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance. Maintain aseptic technique and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Perform medical imaging tasks, including X-rays, while adhering to safety guidelines. Manage patient records using Dentrix software, including scheduling appointments and updating medical histories. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Take and record vital signs as needed during patient visits. Collaborate with the dental receptionist to ensure efficient patient flow and manage office duties as required. Stay updated on dental terminology and best practices in dental assisting. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred. Familiarity with medical coding, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques is highly desirable. Proficiency in using Open dental or similar dental software is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of dental assisting.
