Overview:
We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused RDA to join our growing team in Cypress, TX! We're a close-knit, all-female team that takes pride in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting each other and working together as a team. What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA license and current required certifications 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is required Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Knowledge of Eaglesoft software Dependable, punctual, and accountable Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Professional and compassionate with patients Team player who works well in a close-knit environment Detail-oriented and able to follow through on responsibilities without constant supervision What You'll Do Assist the doctor during general dentistry, take dental X-rays and complete other RDA duties within your scope Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper infection-control standards Maintain organized, stocked operatories Provide excellent chairside support and patient care Support the clinical team with daily office flow and other duties as needed Our Culture We're big on teamwork, accountability, communication, and patient-first care.
