Dental Chairside Assistant - Spanish Speaking About the Role Our Arts Family Dentistry dental office is a high-volume, fast-paced practice focused on providing exceptional clinical care and a five-star patient experience. We are looking for an experienced RDA who is confident working alongside doctors, stays ahead of the clinical flow, and understands that excellent patient care goes beyond the treatment room. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during general dentistry procedures while maintaining patient comfort and clinical efficiency Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials for scheduled procedures Take digital X-rays and complete accurate clinical charting Maintain sterilization, infection control, and OSHA standards Keep the doctor on schedule by anticipating clinical needs Support efficient patient flow in a high-production environment Educate patients on recommended treatments and procedures Reinforce doctor recommendations and help patients feel confident moving forward with treatment Assist with restorative, Invisalign, and other dental procedures Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office team members Provide professional, friendly, and attentive customer service throughout the patient experience Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA license required Fluent in English and Spanish required 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume dental office Open Dental experience preferred Strong chairside and clinical skills Comfortable taking digital X-rays and assisting with a variety of procedures Strong communication and patient education skills Professional, friendly, and confident with patients Reliable, organized, and proactive Coachable and willing to learn Able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork and communication skills Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can keep up with a high-volume office without losing sight of the patient experience.
