We are a growing dental office in the North Dallas/Addison area seeking an outgoing, motivated, and personable Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a team environment, takes pride in their work, and is eager to grow professionally. This position will primarily involve clinical assisting , with some front office responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For Orthodontic experience required Outgoing and friendly personality Professional and personable demeanor Positive attitude Driven and dependable Eager to learn, grow, and improve Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Exceptional team player Comfortable assisting with both clinical and front office responsibilities Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous dental office experience preferred Orthodontic experience required Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during procedures Take dental records, impressions, and X-rays as needed Assist with clinical tasks using practice management software Complete laboratory work Prepare treatment rooms for procedures Clean and disinfect treatment rooms between patients Sterilize and maintain dental instruments Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed Answer phones and assist the Office Manager when needed Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every patient Why Join Our Team?
