Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, qualified, and reliable Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team at The Croc Doc Dentistry, Just for Kids. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in pediatric dentistry, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and be available to work some Saturdays.
Compensation:
$17-20 per hour, based on experience Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Requirements Valid Texas Dental Assistant license Must be able to work some Saturdays (Saturday hours: 7:20 AM-1:00 PM) Minimum 1 year of pediatric dental assisting experience Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
Ideal Certifications:
Coronal Polishing, Radiology, and N2O Your Role As a key member of our team, you will help deliver an exceptional patient experience by performing the following duties: Chairside assistance during dental procedures Sterilizing, organizing, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment Capturing high-quality dental X-rays Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient daily operations Assisting with oral sedation and general anesthesia cases Placing sealants on teeth If this sounds like the right place for you, please get in touch with us!
