What You Will Do Lead daily clinical operations and set the standard for the rest of the team Assist chairside across a full range of general dentistry procedures Train, mentor, and support newer dental assistants Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, efficient clinical environment Take and process digital X-rays Ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for Keep operatories stocked, organized, and ready at all times Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standards What We Are Looking For Active Texas RDA license required 3+ years of chairside experience in a general dentistry setting Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate the clinical team around you Strong clinical instincts with a calm, professional presence Excellent patient communication skills Dependable and accountable — you do what you say you will do Experience with dental practice management software preferred What We Offer Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Full-time schedule at a well-established private practice A team that respects clinical experience and rewards leadership
