•Candidate must be okay commuting to Irving, Keller, and Dallas offices .

•What is expected? Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing dental instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly according to infection prevention management protocols. Assist periodontists during a variety of procedures including implants, gum grafts, bone grafts, and other various dental procedures. Take digital x-rays Manage patient records accurately within electronic health record (EHR) ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for clinical confidentiality policies. Conduct vital signs assessment and medical documentation to support comprehensive patient care and facilitate medical coding processes. Perform dental instrument processing and sterilization procedures following strict infection control standards to maintain a sterile environment for all clinical activities. Support front desk operations as a dental receptionist by scheduling appointments and providing excellent customer service. Educate patients about oral health practices, treatment plans, and post-procedure care What do I need to know? Experience with dental equipment operation including X-ray machines, 3D scanners, dental sterilization devices, and other clinical tools. Ability to perform chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient workflow during procedures. Excellent understanding of healthcare infection prevention and control practices along with aseptic technique adherence. Effective communication skills for patient care education and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
