This pivotal role involves overseeing the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and facilitating effective communication between staff and patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthodontics and a passion for providing exceptional service in a collaborative environment.

Spanishspeakerpreferred Duties Coordinate patient care by managing appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up procedures. Assist orthodontists during procedures, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment such as 3D scanners. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with clinic protocols. Train new staff members on clinical procedures, safety protocols, and patient interaction best practices. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the clinical area. Requirements Proven experience in a dental clinic setting, preferably in general, orthodontics and pediatric dentistry. Strong knowledge of dental assisting practices, including familiarity with Open Dental software. Understanding of anatomy related to orthodontics and proficiency in using 3D scanning technology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards. A background in pediatrics or prosthodontics is a plus but not mandatory. Certification as a dental assistant is preferred.
