Job Description
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Our growing dental office in Keller is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to become part of our team. We are a busy practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive work environment. If you are a licensed RDA who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and values teamwork, we'd love to meet you. Position Overview As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work alongside the dentist and clinical staff to support a variety of dental procedures while helping create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient. Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during exams and procedures Take digital X-rays and support diagnostic evaluations Prepare treatment rooms and organize instruments prior to appointments Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control protocols Assist with preventive, restorative, and general dental treatments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home care techniques Help with scheduling, patient communication, and additional front-office duties as needed Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Comfortable working closely with patients in a clinical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team setting Reliable, professional, and motivated Experience with dental software is preferred but not required Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and team-focused workplace culture Opportunities for continued learning and career growth Modern office dedicated to quality patient care If you are looking for a practice that values professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding patient service, we encourage you to apply.
