Put Your RDA Skills to Work Fusion Dental & Braces - Clear Creek is hiring two experienced Registered Dental Assistants to join our full-time clinical team. This is a great fit for an RDA who wants to do more than basic chairside assisting. You'll have the opportunity to use your skills across restorative dentistry, digital scanning, temporary crowns, implant procedures, and expanded RDA functions while working alongside a busy, team-oriented practice. Orthodontic experience is a plus! What We Offer $19-$23/hour , based on experience Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Life & disability insurance Voluntary benefit options Employee dental benefits Full-time, consistent schedule Opportunity to use and continue building your clinical skills What You'll Do Assist chairside with general and restorative procedures Capture digital scans and use intraoral cameras Fabricate anterior and posterior temporary crowns/veneers Assist with surgical implant placement Take impressions and pour/trim models Perform coronal polishing and pit & fissure sealants Support hygiene and other clinical team members Chart and maintain accurate patient documentation Provide post-op instructions Maintain sterilization, autoclave, and operatory workflows Help keep the clinical schedule organized and moving What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA license Previous dental assisting experience Strong restorative chairside skills Comfortable with digital scanning Coronal polishing and sealant certification Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Proactive and able to anticipate what the team needs Positive, professional, and team-oriented Orthodontic experience preferred Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
