Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental practice. We are seeking someone who is professional, team oriented, detail-focused, and genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a positive, supportive dental team we would love to meet you.
Resposibilties:
include (but are not limited to) assisting the dentist during procedures. Preparing treatment rooms and instruments. Taking dental x-rays and intraoral photos, 3D scans, impressions, lab procedures and strict sterilization protocols and infection control. Reviewing and updating patient medical and dental histories, treatment and post-operative care instructions. The right candidate will also maintain a clean, organized and stocked clinical area, assist with patient flow and keeping the schedule running efficiently. Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and team members. Perform other clinical duties within the scope of an RDA.
Qualifications:
Current Texas RDA, Current CPR/BLS Certification, Radiology Certification, Experience preferred, knowledge of infection control and OSHA/HIPAA, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reliable, organized and able to multitask. Positive attiude and willingness to work as part of a team.
