The ideal candidate must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, attention to detail, strong communication skills, excellent teamwork are essential, and

!. The successful applicant will be required to hold and maintain a valid RDA certification from the State of Texas, as well as have experience taking x-rays. Experience with intravenous sedation (IV sedation), proficiency in using Dentrix/Dexis software, and nitrous oxide certification are considered a plus. Primary responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down the operatory for treatments, accurately interpreting the appointment schedule to ensure efficient workflow, charting, cleaning and turning around treatment rooms, preparing patients, maintaining records, sterilizing instruments, restocking supplies, completing patient charts, and monitoring patient vital signs. The candidate will also be expected to assist the doctor with the monthly IV sedation schedule, which may require early start times. Additionally, the RDA will be expected to provide support in the recall and exam areas as needed. This full-time position offers a Monday-Thursday 8 am to 5 pm schedule, with Fridays 8 am to 12 pm.
