You'll help drive patient satisfaction, clinical efficiency, and exceptional dental care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support dental assistants to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care Assist dentists and hygienists during examinations and procedures while maintaining efficient patient flow Oversee back-office workflow, scheduling support, and treatment coordination Ensure treatment notes, patient records, and clinical documentation are complete and accurate Manage dental supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and lab case readiness Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols Train and onboard new dental assistants and support continuous team development Monitor emergency kits, sterilization equipment, and clinical readiness Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity, patient experience, and operational performance Support Whole Person Care initiatives and community outreach efforts
What You Bring:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program Current BLS/CPR certification Current Radiology Certification Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Commitment to patient-centered care and team success Willingness to travel between MyCHN locations as needed Ready to Make a Difference?
