Full Job Description Overview:

Monarch Dental in Lewisville, TX is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. While experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who holds a valid Texas RDA certification Schedule (days/hours): Wed-Friday 9-5

Responsibilities:

Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications:

Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and

OSHA/HIPAA

standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
