A big part of this position is airway-focused orthodontics-looking beyond straight teeth to growth and development, breathing, sleep, and overall health. Ortho experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train someone who is motivated to learn, loves working with kids, and has a genuine interest in airway orthodontics. We are also a general dental practice, so you'll need to be a team player who's willing to jump in and assist with general dentistry when needed.
