What You'll Do Chairside assisting and patient support Take digital X-rays Sterilization and infection control Set up and break down treatment rooms Maintain clinical supplies and organization Assist with general restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures Help create a smooth, comfortable experience for every patient Work closely with the doctor as we build efficient clinical systems and workflows Who We're Looking For Current Texas RDA Friendly, dependable, and professional Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable taking initiative Strong communication skills with patients and teammates Comfortable learning new technology and workflows Dental assisting experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
