- McKinney, TX About the Role Our established private dental practice in McKinney, Texas, is expanding.
We are seeking dependable, honest, and friendly team members for both Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and Front Desk / Receptionist positions. We are looking for long-term professionals who want to grow together with our practice . These openings offer part-time hours with a clear, direct path to transition into full-time employment as our team and patient base continue to expand.
Schedule:
Practice operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM
- 6:00 PM (specific shifts and schedule flexibility discussed during the interview).
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience, adaptability, and skill level. Available Openings & Responsibilities 1. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Deliver smooth four-handed chairside assistance during diagnostic, restorative, and surgical procedures. Manage operatory turnaround, decontamination, and instrument sterilization following CDC, OSHA, and TSBDE infection control guidelines. Escort patients, review medical histories, and take high-quality digital radiographs. Record clear, accurate clinical treatment notes and chart entries. 2. Front Desk / Receptionist Warmly greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a welcoming reception area. Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and recall systems to ensure a productive daily schedule. Assist with insurance verification, copay collection, and basic patient account ledger updates. Answer incoming phone calls and patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

For RDA applicants:
Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and current CPR/BLS certification (or active enrollment in an accredited program).
For Front Desk applicants:
Prior administrative, hospitality, or dental front office experience preferred (willing to train candidates with strong communication skills and coachability). Familiarity with Open Dental or digital dental practice software is a plus. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a collaborative spirit.
