You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This position combines clinical support with front desk responsibilities, offering a fulfilling opportunity to contribute to patient health and experience. You will assist with dental procedures, manage patient records, handle scheduling, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for every patient. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling using electronic Dentrix system. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize dental instruments, and assist dentists during procedures with clinical supplies and support. Review and update patient medical records accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person; bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Ability to handle dental terminology accurately while supporting clinical confidentiality policies diligently. 2 year Clinic experience required; with Dentrix management systems is a plus.
