Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. The RDA will support the delivery of high-quality patient care by assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient comfort, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily clinical activities. Duties Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including examinations, restorations, and other treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and efficient clinical environment. Take and develop dental radiographs as directed by the dentist. Manage patient comfort by providing instructions and addressing concerns throughout treatment. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and infection control standards. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow when needed. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices. Qualifications Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or certification as required by state or local regulations. Prior experience working as an RDA is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients.
