Description Dental Assistant - Full Time Fairmont Family Dental | Pasadena, TX Join a practice where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your patients become family. Fairmont Family Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Dental Assistant to become an integral part of our clinical team. We are a modern, technology-driven practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and collaborative environment. If you're passionate about dentistry, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, and are looking for an opportunity to expand your clinical skills while working alongside an outstanding team, we'd love to meet you. Schedule Tuesday-Friday 1-2 Saturdays per month Approximately 32 hours per week Eligible for full-time benefits What You'll Do Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of restorative and comprehensive dental procedures Prepare, organize, and break down treatment rooms efficiently Take high-quality digital radiographs and dental impressions Assist with clear aligner treatment and dental implant procedures Utilize Open Dental to document patient care accurately Educate and support patients throughout their treatment experience Maintain infection control standards and ensure a smooth clinical workflow Anticipate the doctor's needs while delivering exceptional patient care What We're Looking For Minimum of two years of chairside dental assisting experience Experience with Open Dental is preferred Experience with an iTero scanner is highly preferred Familiarity with clear aligner cases and implant procedures Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills A dependable team player who brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic each day Someone who is eager to continue learning and growing professionally Why Join Fairmont Family Dental? Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession. Valid X-ray certificate. Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements). CPR & first aid certificate.
