Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to optimize office efficiency. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care. Requirements Proficiency in medical terminology and dental terminology is essential. Experience with Open Dental software . Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
