We're looking for a bilingual Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is dependable, caring, and eager to be part of a team that truly values patient comfort and teamwork. Your Role As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a key part in creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient. You'll assist the dentist chairside, help maintain a clean and efficient clinical area, and contribute to the overall success of the practice. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures and exams Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA and infection control standards Capture digital x-rays and intraoral photos Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit Keep patient records organized and accurate Help manage supplies and maintain clinical inventory Work collaboratively with the dental team to deliver exceptional care Qualifications Active RDA license in Texas Dental assisting experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)
