Sapphire Family Dentistry is growing and we're looking for the RIGHT person to grow with us! Are you bubbly, friendly, energetic, dependable and someone who actually enjoys working with people? Do you like staying busy, learning new things, helping your teammates, and being part of a positive team? Then we may be looking for YOU! We are a fast-paced, patient-focused dental office that believes work should be professional, productive, and—yes—FUN!
THE PERSONALITY WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Skills can be taught. Personality, attitude and work ethic are much harder to teach. We are looking for someone who is: Bubbly and outgoing — not afraid to smile, talk to patients and bring positive energy to the office A true team player — you help your coworkers without being asked and don't say, "That's not my job." Self-motivated — when you finish your task, you look around and find what needs to be done next Eager to learn — you are coachable, open to feedback and willing to learn our way of doing things Thick-skinned and mature — you can accept constructive feedback without taking everything personally Patient-friendly — you understand that patients may be nervous and your attitude can make a huge difference Productive and energetic — you like staying busy and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do Positive and supportive — you contribute to a healthy team environment Dependable and committed — we're looking for someone who wants to build a
LONG-TERM
career with us
NOT A GOOD FIT
IF... We're probably not the office for you if you: Prefer to work alone and don't enjoy teamwork Need to be told what to do every step of the day Don't like receiving feedback Bring gossip, drama, complaining, or negativity into the workplace Frequently call out or have difficulty committing to your schedule Are looking for a short-term job while figuring out what you really want to do We take our workplace culture seriously.
NO DRAMA. NO GOSSIP. NO NEGATIVITY.
We want people who encourage each other, communicate, work hard, have fun and genuinely want to see the entire team succeed.

HAVE 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE?
We'd still love to hear from you! Please tell us about your dental assisting experience, including the procedures and skills you are comfortable performing.
