Job Description
Our private practice in Rockwall is hiring a skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who brings great energy, enjoys connecting with patients, and has solid clinical experience. This position is full-time at 30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, offering a steady schedule and PTO after the first 90 days. In this role, you'll support the doctor chairside, help maintain efficient patient flow, and contribute to the welcoming environment our office is known for. Experience with Eaglesoft or prior front office cross-training is a plus, but not required. What we're hoping to find: At least 2 years of experience as an RDA An active Texas RDA license Confidence in assisting with a variety of dental procedures A friendly, patient-centered approach Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to adapt quickly Eaglesoft familiarity preferred, but not required If you're someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and wants to make a real impact on the patient experience, we'd love to meet you.
