Responsibilities:

Clinical Assisting :

Chairside assistance during procedures and exams

Patient Communication :

Explain treatment plans, answer questions, and provide post-op guidance

Scheduling & Coordination :

Help patients follow through on care with confident, clear scheduling

Sterilization & Setups :

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Charting & Records :

Input notes accurately in our dental software (OpenDental preferred)

What We're Looking For:

Required :

Active Texas RDA license 1+ year of dental assisting experience Excellent verbal communication and a team-first attitude

Preferred :

Familiarity with OpenDental Confidence in patient education or insurance basics
