We work hard, have fun, and make patients smile each and every day. We are looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant to add to our team! We are seeking a Dental Assistant that is eager to learn, be a team player, and provide compassionate care to our growing practices, hit production goals, and keep morale high. We also do specialty dentistry so we need an assistant that preferably has experience in implants, oral surgery, and other complex procedures. Compensation packages may include bonuses depending on your experience and projected growth path with the office. Our ideal Preferred Dental Assistant will: Experience in a fast paced environment. Be x-ray certified(preferred) Digital x-rays is preferred, but not required. Be internally motivated Great communication Have high attention to detail Be able to lead by example Be kind, caring, and attentive to patient needs Love dentistry and have a passion for helping others Be flexible and willing to grow Our schedule is 4.5 days (short Fridays yay!) per week.
