Our private practice fee for service office in Bellaire, proudly serving our community for over 29 years, is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team! We're looking for someone who is: Patient-focused — genuinely cares about making every patient feel comfortable and heard Team-oriented — thrives working collaboratively with our clinical and front-office staff Personable — brings warmth, positivity, and great communication skills to every interaction
What You'll Do:
- Assist the dentist with a variety of procedures, including digital scanning, laser dentistry, cosmetic treatments, clear aligners, and oral appliance therapy
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization per safety protocols
- Inventory Control
- Support patients before, during, and after procedures with clear, kind communication
- Help maintain accurate patient records and assist with front office duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed RDA in Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative, can-do attitude
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Dentrix experience preferred
